In this powerful strategic planning session, you’ll step back from the daily grind to assess what’s working in your business, what’s not, and where you truly want to go to build the business of your dreams. We’ll reflect on your 2025 progress, uncover key insights, and identify opportunities for growth. Then, we’ll map out your 2025 year-end goals and 2026 goals, breaking them down into quarterly action plans with clear next steps—so you leave with a focused, achievable roadmap to scale your business with confidence and intention.

Session: Increase Revenue with Smart, Scalable Strategies

Growing your revenue isn’t just about selling more—it’s about selling smarter. In this session, we’ll take a deep dive into your core products or services, uncovering where the biggest revenue opportunities lie. You’ll gain clarity on key business metrics like lead generation, customer retention, average order size, and conversion rates, and learn how to optimize them for maximum growth.   • Yes, rooms and beds are shared to create a cozy, connected experience with fellow attendees. However, if you prefer more privacy, you can upgrade to a private room for an additional investment. Private rooms are limited, so be sure to reserve yours early!

You'll gain clarity on your strategy, learn essential growth techniques, and get support to help you build a strong foundation for success.   • Our cancellation policy is as follows: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in the event of a cancellation. However, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person if you are unable to attend. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your registration.

  • We’ll be serving healthy, delicious meals designed to nourish and energize you throughout the weekend. When alcohol is served, non-alcoholic options will be available as well (including fun mocktails). We do offer options for those with dietary needs. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific dietary requirements, and we’ll be happy to make sure your needs are met.

  • Transportation to and from your destination to the retreat location in Suncadia (Cle Elum, WA) is not included.
